Service-Learning News This past school year, the Saint Paul Public Schools Service-Learning Program has had the pleasure of supporting many fantastic projects where students and teachers across the district have blended curriculum with service to our community in order to strengthen learning outcomes. As you plan your 2013-2014 school year and look for ways to incorporate service-learning into your classroom curriculum and after school activities, we strongly encourage you to utilize our support and resources. We Act & We Day Minnesota The 1st annual 'We Day Minnesota' is taking place this fall on October 8, right here in Saint Paul at the Xcel Energy Center! This event will kick off We Act, an educational, year-long initiative putting students at the forefront of active global citizenship. Each participating classroom will complete one local and one global service project.
