If you can't make it, I'd like to share a few recent works! Along with continuing to paint those rare and lovely antelope of Africa, like bongos, I'm starting a series of vignette paintings and sketches of wildlife that live in specific areas, like this one, inspired by animals I've seen in southern Africa. I've also done one for Alaska and central Asia, and I'm excited to see the response. Since I've traveled almost everywhere there are animals, I am able to do these paintings for most countries and/or states. I try to do them on antique maps from the late 1800's.
