The Changing Face of Transportation

Greetings!

Hello KYSITE!

Can we all agree that we've officially had enough winter weather now?  After three days of being stuck at the house with three crazy boys 7 years and younger, being back in the office today is so much better than I expected it could be.

With record low temps, here are a few creative ways to stay warm thanks for our friends at Distractify:

  • In the morning, open curtains and raise blinds so sunlight can flow in.
  • Shower with the door open.  The warm, humid air created by the shower will help to raise the temperature of the whole house.
  • Air dry some of your laundry.
  • Do a little baking.

Be safe and stay warm!

Academic turns into a social experiment

One of former Bogota' Mayor Mockus' many inspired strategies for changing the mindset - and, eventually, the behavior - of the city's unruly inhabitants was the installation of traffic mimes on street corners. (Photo courtesy of El Tiempo).

Sometimes, you just need a good time dance video to put a smile on your face.  If you can overlook the small profanity in the title of the video, you will likely enjoy this!
