Hello KYSITE!
| "Odie the Elf" vs Buzz Lightyear in a snowball fight at the Walker household |
For those of you that have children that still "believe", there is very high probability that you have an "Elf on the Shelf" in your house.
Putting aside the facts that
1) whoever developed this is a marketing genius and
2) the elf creeps me out a bit, I have come to the conclusion that the presense of the elf (ok, his name is Odie) in our house keeps our kids entertained as well as somewhat more disciplined.
Unfortunately, having an elf requires some work as it must be moved each night. And thanks to social media, I've learned that we must be creative in what our elf does. Here are a few tips:
Elf on the Shelf Ideas
Elf On A Shelf Welcome Letter Printable
17 excuses for a lazy Elf on the Shelf who forgot to move
Elf on the Shelf Ideas for Slackers
Good luck -- you'll need it.
