We need your help this summer!

Providing transportation to Bible Camp for the many youth of remote Alaska is one of MARC's greatest ministry privileges. This year--more than ever!--we need your help. A major financial supporter had to divert their annual Bible Camp donation to another ministry need this year, but we're trusting God to make up the difference!

Sure, we could drastically reduce the number of kids we fly to Bible Camp this summer or pass along the problem to our affiliate ministry partners, the camp directors, and ultimately, the kids. But God has placed MARC in Alaska for this very purpose:  to give wings to Alaskan missions!

Every child is a precious resource to be loved and afforded the opportunity to hear of God's love. We pray you will share our burden for the youth of Alaska and help this summer! Together with God's blessing we can make up the $50,000 donation shortage and fly kids to camp!

Donate on-line today and make a real difference!

Welcome Oyoumick Family!

We're excited Joel, Sarah (Leitch), Jonas (6), and Lucas (4) Oyoumick have joined our team as our newest MARC pre-field family! The Oyoumicks currently live in Unalakleet, Alaska, where they are now raising the needed financial support to move to Soldotna and serve full time with MARC.

Joel grew up in rural Alaska and wanted to be a pilot since he was very young. He gave his heart to the Lord at North River Bible Camp in Unalakleet while in junior high. Then God placed a missionary aviation family from MARC in his village, and God opened up the door for Joel to be trained and encouraged by Don Irvine and other MARC pilots to receive his private pilot's license.

Joel is a graduate of Covenant Bible College and has earned his commercial, instrument, and multi-engine ratings, as well as an associate degree in aviation maintenance. He's worked as an aircraft mechanic for a commuter airline in Anchorage and as a pilot with a cargo company out of Unalakleet. Recently, Joel recognized the need for his community and other Alaska Native communities to see Native men serving the Lord with their whole heart, mind, body, and soul. Our MARC family is so glad to have the Oyoumicks joining our efforts to impact remote Alaska with the hope of Jesus Christ!

Thank You:  Nenana, Galena, Grayling, Anvik, Golovin, White Mountain, and Nome!

On the way from Palmer to Nenana, God started to speak to me as we flew by Denali Mountain (Mt. McKinley). I had an encounter that impacted me so deeply.

It was a perfect day. You could see every curve, every ridge and every jagged peak of the mountain. The majesty of the Lord was demonstrated so beautifully and powerfully in Denali (Denali means Great One) that I felt as though the anointing was flowing right from the mountain and into me.

I began to cry because it was so strong. I began shouting, "WOW! WOW! Do you feel that? WOW!" I think the rest of the team must have thought that I'd lost my mind.

God began to drop this message into me as we flew by: He said, "Many people fly from around the world to see the glory, majesty and greatness of this mountain. Just as people come from around the world to see that, they will come from around the world to see My people in Alaska. I am going to pour out My glory on my sons and daughters in such a way that people will have to see what I've done. Alaskans will become known all around the world and my favor will shine on them everywhere they go. They will rise up and share the gospel in places no one else can go. They will prepare the way for My return."

During the invitation, many people responded. The coolest thing I saw was when a whole family raised their hands to accept Jesus into their lives. How cool is that?

The rest of ministry time was spent by praying refreshing and renewing over those who were gathered there, and praying that they move into a season of revival.

Wow! God is so incredible, so awesome, so majestic and so powerful! It was such a privilege to be leading a team that God used in such a great way.
