THE FIRST EVER OAK HILL FAMILY WELLNESS DAY WAS A BIG SUCCESS
We spun our way through the day at Bay Club Marin on Sunday October 13th
- We sweated in Spin class and made pizzas with Williams Sonoma to make up for it.
- We explored in Art Class with Lizzie Domash and sampled homemade butter with Jeff from Marin Organic.
- We heard about the UCSF study from Abram Rosenblatt, about OH health with Barbara Kalmanson and about sensory integration and meditation from Clifforn Saron in the gym.
- We stretched in Family Yoga and got Tips from and for the Garden.
- We made new friends and raised funds for our programs with Youth in Arts, Giant Steps Therapeutic Riding, and Marin Organic.
- Thanks must go to Oak Hill's Arriel Adler for putting the whole thing together without a glitch. Enjoy the photos!
