Cornerstone On Demand helps organizations to manage learning, resources and users through a Learning Management System.

The Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) has been using Cornerstone On Demand's platform to provide trainings, learning opportunities and resources for behavioral healthcare practitioners throughout New York State since 2009.

Every year, at its annual conference, Cornerstone On Demand recognizes and honors organizations that have developed and implemented innovative approaches to using its Learning Management System. This year, Cornerstone received 6,000 submissions across five categories for its RAVE (Remarkable Achievements and Visionary Elites) Awards.

We are pleased to announce that CPI and the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. was honored with a RAVE Award for "Impact on User Adoption". While many submissions focused on aesthetic changes, CPI stood out for two reasons.  First, CPI actively worked with State partners to incentivize people to take training.  Second, CPI used the robust data collection tools within Cornerstone to demonstrate the impact of these incentives on participation in training.
