This 45 minute module reviews the evidence for clozapine's effectiveness, the clinical indications for its use and the serious medical risks and more common side effects that consumers may experience. It focuses on how prescribers can discuss these issues with consumers, exploring their values and goals and helping to motivate consumers to evaluate whether trying clozapine is right for them. It includes videos of prescribers in conversation with consumers about some of these issues. .75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM is available for completion of this activity.
