The Center for Practice Innovation's (CPI) primary goals are to promote the widespread availability of mental health evidence-based practices in New York State, promote innovations related to emerging promising practices, cultural adaptations and organizational change approaches and to create informational and educational resources for the general public as well as users and providers of mental health services.

The CPI has worked closely with the New York State Office of Mental Health and New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and developed a new version of its Wellness Self-Management program. The program, called Wellness Self -Management Plus (WSM+), is designed for individuals who are simultaneously dealing with mental health and substance use problems.

This new, innovative program features a newly-designed workbook which includes information about recovery, relapse prevention and living a healthy lifestyle. You can obtain WSM+ and WSM workbooks through the CPI website (www.practiceinnovations.org) by clicking on the "Purchase CPI Products" tab on our home page.  You will be asked to register and to select a password for your account.  Once your account has been established, you will be able to download the electronic version of the workbook for free or purchase bound paper copies.
