DARCARS' John Darvish Nominated for Northwood University Dealer Education Award
MADA congratulates member John Darvish of DARCARS Automotive Group in Silver Spring, MD for his recent nomination for the Northwood University Dealer Education Award, which will be awarded at the NADA convention in Orlando, Fla., next February. Darvish was nominated by WANADA, MADA's counterpart in the District of Columbia.
A distinguished award, nominees represent dealer principals who have made noteworthy contributions to education-public or private, on any level, inside or outside the industry. The award has been presented annually since 1972 at the National Automobile Dealer Association convention. Northwood University President Keith Pretty said award winners "are people of stature. The award is recognition of substantial dedication over a number of years to the educational process and the field of automotive marketing."
