IAR Fee Increase

As a result of the IAR Finance Committee and IAR BOD decision in 2013, the IAR base dues increases 3% annually. For the 2016 Dues year, the IAR Dues will be $165, up from $160. In addition, the RVOICE Assessment, which funds the Political Advocacy Fund (PAF), will increase from $50 to $75. The purpose of the PAF is to ensure that REALTORS have a strong voice on public policy issues throughout Illinois and provides funding for increased local political activity.

RAR at the TOP of the RPAC Leaderboard

The RPAC fiscal year will soon end. The Rockford Area REALTORS is currently in first place, on the leaderboard, for raising the highest percentage of goal in the Mid-range Board size (Division 2), by raising 114% of goal.
