Cyber Security Awareness Webinar
Tuesday, October 7
The Rockford Area REALTORS is a strong supporter of the  Stop.Think.Connect. Campaign in effort to create a safer online environment for ourselves and future generations. On Tuesday, October 7, from 10:00am to 11:00am, a representative from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will discuss how resources from the campaign promote Internet safety. Outstanding Realtor and Committee Recognized
The late Jim Barbagallo was recognized as the 2014 Outstanding Individual and the RPAC Committee received the 2014 Outstanding Commitee award. Both were recognized at the 2014  Annual Program and Installation on Thursday, September 25th. Karen Barbagallo accepted the award on behalf of Jim and Tyler Ragan accepted the award on behalf of the RPAC Committee.

Safety Video & Training
In light of the recent crime against a REALTOR in Arkansas, the Rockford Area REALTORS would like to again encourage everyone to review their best business practices in regards to safety and to consider watching this NAR Video Spotlight on REALTOR safety.
Also, just a reminder that the REALTOR Safety portion of the New Member Orientation is open to all members at no cost as a way to review safety measures in the real estate industry. Orientation is held quarterly and dates are posted on the RAR Calendar of Events.
