New Forms and Contracts

Your Forms and Contract Committee is working hard to develop a new Residential Single Family Contract for Purchase as well as a new IDX Access Request and Agreement Form in addition to several other forms. NAR is watching this rule closely and is prepared to seek a regulatory solution if need be. Read the full summary.
