Mountain Camp Woodside |
|
If you're looking for a fun and local summer camp, check out Mountain Camp Woodside!
This is a traditional camp that offers both a Day Camp (for grades K - 10th) and sleep-away Resident Camp (for grades 2nd - 10th) programs. Mountain Camp Woodside's minimal technology, non-competitive program is designed to build confidence and independence, encourage friendships and healthy lifestyle choices. We offer activities like mountain biking, arts & crafts, soccer, swimming, archery and outdoor survival. In today's hectic, high-tech world, we believe a back-to-basics approach to outdoor recreation and plain ol' fashion "fun" is critical to building a child's positive self-image. A quality summer camp experience will provide education, challenge, achievement and acceptance. Mountain Camp Woodside's unique atmosphere allows children to learn in a fun and safe environment that encourages independence while nurturing lasting friendships. From campfire songs and skits to the first time away from home, the camp experience can have a profound impact on a child's development. Mountain Camp Woodside camp sessions are one-week long and run throughout June, July and August. Many campers enroll for multiple weeks or even the entire summer! Please visit www.mountaincampwoodside.com for more information.
