AP Testing will take place from Monday, May 2nd - Friday, May 13th
The first time listed below is the start time - when you are due at your scheduled location - please be prompt. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED IN THE TESTING ROOM ONCE THE DOORS CLOSE- NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES. Do not bang on the doors. Please report to Mrs. Marsilio if your are late.
The last time listed below is the approximate time that you will be dismissed from the exam - everyone will be dismissed at the same time regardless if you finish the exam early. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR ROOM IS LOCATED, PLEASE ASK SOMEONE BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR SCHEDULED AP EXAM. PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR AHS/PHOTO ID. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT ONE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, PLEASE FIND A TEACHER OR AN ADMINISTRATOR WHO CAN IDENTIFY YOU AND BRING THEM WITH YOU. BE ON TIME!!

Attention all Incoming 11th grade IB Diploma Program Students: There is a mandatory meeting for all students pursuing the IB Diploma next year on Thursday April 28th at lunch in room D-4 with IB Program Coordinator, Mrs. McClellan. Our Spring Musical; Once Upon a Mattress, the classic retelling of the Princess and the Pea Fairy Tale, is by turns hilarious, romantic, and heartwarming. Directed by Bib Kemper and Music by Mr. Bloom and Mr. Hackett. Show dates are April 28 - 30 at 7:00pm along with a 2:00pm matinee on Saturday, April 30th. Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Group rates available for 10 or more people. Tickets are available at www.thepaecs.org.
Do You Love Animals? Do you have any gently used blankets or dog toys? If so, bring them down to room K-4 and R-4 this week for the Animal Shelter Advocates donation drive. Donations go to Best Friends Animal Society and LIFE Animal Rescue.
Link Crew: There is a mandatory Link Crew meeting on May 5th at lunch in room A-1 for the 8th grade visit. If you do not attend, you cannot participate in the 8th grade visit.
Come to this Year's Murder Mystery! Show dates are May 6th and 7th; catering from Maria's will be provided. Pick up your ticket forms from the Main Office. It's a hysterically funny show that you won't want to miss!

AHS Athletic Physicals and Clearance Days: Agoura High School Athletic Physicals/Clearances for the 2016-17 school year will be held at Exer Urgent Care in Calabasas on Saturday, May 21 and Saturday, June 4. The cost is $50 per exam and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Agoura High School Athletic Department. Please see the attached flier for detailed information.

Hey Seniors! It's commitment season!
Don't forget to pick up your college banner and diploma frame order form in room K-4. Forms and checks are due by May 13th. Lists are posted outside of the AAC, in the Media Center and in the Main Quad of what activities seniors have purchased. PLEASE, PLEASE check the lists. You DO NOT want to be left out! May 6th is the deadline to purchase all senior activities as well as any extra graduation tickets. As a reminder, all seniors who take the Senior Survey will receive four complimentary tickets to the Graduation Ceremony. The Senior Survey is now available through May 13th. All seniors are required to completely fill out the survey. In addition, all seniors who will be attending a two or four year college/university must complete the "Colleges I'm Applying to" section in Naviance (found under the Colleges tab and available now). Senior Prom will be on May 21st at the Fess Parker Doubletree Hotel in Santa Barbara. Tickets are $90 per person and can be purchased on the webstore through May 6th. In person ticket sales will be in the AAC from April 25th through May 6th. Transportation will be provided for those who are interested. If you wish to use the school provided transportation, you must make a reservation at the AAC or email jcohen@lvusd.org no later than May 6th. Prom Reserved Seating: Please bring your ticket receipt to the table next to the AAC during nutrition or lunch. There is a maximum of 12 people per table. Dietary restriction requests can also be made at this time. Senior Transcripts: You will need to order your official final transcript for your college as well as one for NCAA if you are a Division I or II athlete. Final transcripts can be ordered in the Counseling Office by June 3rd. The cost is $5 each and must be paid for at the time of your request by check (made out to AHS) or by using PayPal. Payment is required at the time you place your order. Edoc Transcripts will be sent electronically the week of June 13th via Naviance. Paper Transcripts will be ready for pick up beginning June 20th - please remember to bring a photo ID. No transcripts will be given without one a photo ID. . All transcripts must be picked up by June 29th.
GRADNITE is Almost Here!If you want to see yourself in the personalized displays at the event, please in your pictures NOW! The pictures can be from anywhere (School, sports, vacations, etc.) or from any year (elementary to high school) as long as there are ONLY SENIORS in the pictures. No family pictures, no group shots with non-seniors.
Please send in 4X6 pictures to the GRADNITE box in the Main Office! (If it is a big group shot, 5X7 or 8X10 pictures are okay.)
Please write your name on the back!
You will not get these pictures back, so make copies!
You can turn in as many as you'd like - the more you submit, the more YOU will be featured at GRADNITE.
Grad Nite Ticket Sales are Still Available: The cost is $200 and the registration forms are outside of the AAC and on the school website under Activities:GradNite. The Agoura Hills Community Service Daysis on Sunday, May 7, 2016 at Chumash Park. Check-in is at 8:30am and begin work at 9:00am.
