AHS STUDENT BULLETIN

The PFC provides this weekly Student Bulletin as a service to our school community, but we do not generate the contents. All questions regarding the announcements below should be directed to Janice Cohen, the Activity and Athletic Secretary. She can be reached via email or by phone at 818-889-1262 ext. 231.

ACADEMICS
Finals Review for Algebra I and Geometry students will be on Tuesday, December 8th after school from
3:00 - 4:30pm. Link Crew members and math teachers are available to tutor all students. Please check in at room N-7 immediately after school to get the help you need.

ACTIVITIES
 
Agoura High School presents the comedy
"On the Razzle," this year's Fall Play. A farcical journey of two bored shopkeepers on one great spree in Vienna circa 1890. All performances will be in the Black Box Theater on Wednesday, December 9th - Sunday, December 13th. Tickets are available at www.thepaecs.org.

Senior Surfers! Looking to stay warm on a chilly day? Come buy class sweatshirts and other apparel in the Main Quad at Nutrition on Friday, December 4th, Thursday, December 10th and Wednesday, December 16th.
 
Outdoor Ed Packets are still available to pick up in the Attendance Office. This program is for junior /senior boys and senior girls only. Don't wait! They are due on Friday, December 18th. Any questions please see Mrs. Virzi in the Attendance Office.

ATHLETICS
The Agoura All-Comers Track & Field Meet will be held at Agoura High School on Saturday, December 5th from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  All athletes will compete unattached.  For full description and list of events as well as required waiver form necessary for registration, please visit http://agoura-all-comers.runnerspace.com. Registration is just $5 per athlete and the proceeds will benefit the AHS Track & Field program.  The All-Comers meet is open to athletes of all ages from youth to high school to masters levels.  Service learning hours are pre-approved for AHS students who would like to volunteer (contact Bonnie Higa to volunteer:  gand4bs@sbcglobal.net).

SERVICE LEARNING
The AHS Track & Field team is seeking student volunteers who would like to earn 7-8 service learning hours in one day to help with our Agoura All-Comers meet on Saturday, December 5th.  No experience necessary.  For more information and to sign-up, please contact Bonnie Higa: gand4bs@sbcglobal.net.
