AHS STUDENT BULLETIN

The PFC provides this weekly Student Bulletin as a service to our school community, but we do not generate the contents. ACTIVITIES
Dodgeball Tournament:
Come to the Dodgeball interest meeting today, November 17th, at lunch in room K-4.


Dance Concert:
Come and see the Dance II class and Competitive Dance Team perform in their annual Fall Dance Concert "Infinite Possibilities" this Thursday, November 19th at 7:00pm in the PAEC. Tickets are available through the PAEC website or at the door. The show will include works from professional choreographers and our very own talented students. We hope to see you there!


Didn't get your Spirit Prize?
Come to K-4 anytime this week during lunch to pick up your prizes. Not sure if you've earned one? Check how many spirit points you have by logging on to the AHS-ASB website: agourahighschool.weebly.com.


Senior Servants: Want a Senior to Write Your Math Notes or buy you In'n'Out?
Come bid on senior servants during lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 18th and 19th. You only need to pay 10% up front on bidding day.

Winners advance to Conejo Council awards assembly November 24th , 5:00pm at Thousand Oaks High School where they will shake hands onstage with dignitaries. Good Luck, Chargers! Represent!

Outdoor Ed Packets are now available.
If you are interested in being a Counselor in the program and want to earn community service hours, make sure to stop by the Attendance Office and pick up a packet from Mrs. Virzi. The last day to submit a packet is Friday, December 18th.

ATHLETICS
Boys Basketball Opening Night will be Wednesday, November 18th starting at 3:45pm with the freshman inter-squad scrimmage. The last event will be at 7:30pm when our coaches scrimmage the varsity players. Come out and see what they're all about!

The Agoura All-Comers Track & Field Meet will be held at Agoura High School on Saturday, December 5th from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  All athletes will compete unattached.  For full description and list of events as well as required waiver form necessary for registration, please visit http://agoura-all-comers.runnerspace.com. Registration is just $5 per athlete and the proceeds will benefit the AHS Track & Field program.  The All-Comers meet is open to athletes of all ages from youth to high school to masters levels.  Service learning hours are pre-approved for AHS students who would like to volunteer (contact Bonnie Higa to volunteer:  gand4bs@sbcglobal.net).

SERVICE LEARNING
AHS Dance Concert is this Thursday, November 19th at the PAEC. LOTS of volunteers are needed from 5:30 - 9:00pm. Earn service learning hours while having fun and also supporting our AHS Dance Concert. Please sign up now at the VolunteerSpot.

The AHS Track & Field team is seeking student volunteers who would like to earn 7-8 service learning hours in one day to help with our Agoura All-Comers meet on Saturday, December 5th.  No experience necessary.  For more information and to sign-up, please contact Bonnie Higa: gand4bs@sbcglobal.net.
