This is the weekly Student Bulletin for October 6, 2015. The PFC provides the Student Bulletin as a service to our school community, but we do not generate the contents. All questions regarding the announcements below should be directed to Janice Cohen, the Activity and Athletic Secretary. She can be reached via email or by phone at 818-889-1262 ext. 231.

Attention All Students:
The last day for class level changes is October 9th. Changes will be made subject to availability
The PSAT will be Given at AHS on Wednesday, October 14th:
If you have registered to take the exam, please note the following information:
·Students are to report to the gym (unless otherwise directed) by 7:45am
·The test will take approximately three hours
·Bring your school ID, a calculator (w/extra batteries), several #2 pencils, and a watch
When students finish their test, they are to report to their regularly scheduled class (Even day). Students not taking the PSAT are to report to class as usual. We will be on a regular bell schedule that day.

If so, please stop by room M-10, the Math Tutoring Center. Our fabulous math tutors are ready to help you anytime during support or lunch.

Buy Your Homecoming Tickets Now!
The dance is this Saturday outside the "G" Building from 7:00 - 11:00pm. Tickets are $27 w/ASB and $32 without per person and are available through TOMORROW, October 7th until the end of lunch in the AAC and midnight on the webstore. Don't miss out on the Dance of the Ages!
Guest Passes:If you are bringing a guest who does not attend AHS, you must submit a Guest Pass to Mrs. McGrady in the Attendance Office no later than the end of lunch on Wednesday, October 7th. Guest Passes are available on the school website.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month:
TODAY, October 6th, there will be pink wristband sales in the Main Quad during nutrition and lunch for just $2. All money raised will be donated to the Your Survival Coalition, so help support the cause! And...don't forget to wear pink TODAY for spirit points as well.

Don't Miss the Theater Arts Booster Mixer tonight, October 6th beginning at 7:00pm in the PAEC:Come and meet Ms. Bibi Kemper and Mr. Dean Wright. There will be information, entertainment and light refreshments served. There will be tours of the PAEC, including backstage. Come and see this state of the art masterpiece "behind the curtain"!
Seniors! Need class apparel for the rally?
Need class apparel for the rally? Surf on over to the Main Quad this Thursday, October 8th at nutrition to pick up your sick apparel.
Hey Freshmen!
Come to the Main Quad this Thursday, Oct. 8th, at lunch to get your class shirt. If you have submitted a pre-order, come pick it up with your school ID. We will also be selling a limited supply so come quickly. Shirts are $10 each.

Boys Lacrosse:
There will be a parent/player pre-season mandatory information meeting on Thursday, October 8th at 7:00pm in the "G" Building for all new and returning players. If you have questions, please come to the AAC.
Boys Golf:Anybody interested in joining the boys' golf team must attend a meeting on Thursday, October 8th at lunch in room V-104. The tryout process and dates will be discussed, so attendance is mandatory. If you have any questions, please see Coach McCreary in room V-104.
