Join us on the "RRRhode to $1 Million"
At the check presentation to the Lifespan hospitals following RRR 2012, LIFEcycle announced that we will raise $1 million for local cancer treatment by our tenth year. You are a vital part in that. Your support and involvement gives us confidence that we will achieve that mark, and climb right past it! Click here for the full announcement.

Team LIFEcycle is currently training for Tough Mudder Boston, on June 1. You are welcome to join our team of "recreational athletes" for this event, or to give triathlon a try! Contact Coach Jacob to learn how you can complete your first endurance event, or if you're already an endurance athlete, to join the team just to have fun getting ready for your next one!

The LIFEcycle Community Fitness Program helps participants implement a fitness routine into their weekly schedules. We teach a full body resistance workout that takes about 20 minutes to complete and requires minimal equipment. We offer tips on cardio exercise, as well. To learn more about how you can bring this FREE four-week program to you company or group, please click here.
Until there is a cure for everybody, we all must continue to fight.
