July 2015
Finding Joy

With the different schedule of summer, consider making a list of what you need to do every day and what you WANT to do every day.

Then, break your moments down by asking yourself - what will bring me the most joy right now? (versus I should probably do this because ...)

When we focus more on what we want and what we feel will bring us happiness, we usually end up getting just that.

This month, challenge yourself to create what you want to have by finding the joy in your moments.

It really is always there.

Happy July!

Refreshing Summer Recipes from
Whole Foods Market

It's summer and hydration is the name of the game!

Here's a refreshing drink, popularized in Mexico, called Agua Fresca (or "fresh water").

It's light, refreshing and perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day! The trick to making it is to infuse the water with fruit essence without turning it into a smoothie or a slushy drink.

Quote of the Month:

"The wisest of men I've talked to mostly have said the same things: talk to your mother and father, talk to your wife, talk to your kids...Be there for the small moments, appreciate yourself, don't be afraid to be too happy."
