January's newsletter referred to the power of language and was a reminder that in setting your intentions for 2015, begin with the end in mind.
Examples:
I AM in perfect health.
I AM attracting the right clients.
I AM prosperous and abundant.
I AM enjoying healthy relationships.
I AM surrounded by like minded souls.
I AM a wise and graceful parent.
I AM listening to myself and what is right for me.
Feel what it would feel like to accomplish what it is you want and expect it.
Really.
That's how the law of attraction works.
And what about the Gremlins- when they chatter incessantly in your head about all that you aren't?
Remember, the purpose of gremlins is to take us off course, pulling us away from what we want. Our gremlins feed on negative thoughts, so don't throw 'em treats, 'cause they'll keep coming back for more.
Talk to yourself positively.
Create a list of 25 affirmations you can refer back to on a daily basis to keep you moving towards where you want to be.
You have half the year to go.
It's up to you what you do with it.
Happy June!

Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk Boston ~ June 27, 2015
The Out of the Darkness Overnight is a fundraising walk of up to 18 miles throughout the night, designed to raise funds and make a bold statement to bring the issue of suicide out into the light. The Overnight is organized by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the leading national not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research and education, and to reaching out to people with mood disorders and those affected by suicide. For more information, visit www.afsp.org
Rick's Crew is asking for your support as they continue to raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. To date they have raised over $14,000 for this important cause through their participation in the Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk in New York City in 2011 and the Boston Community Walk in 2012.
This year, recognizing the fifth anniversary of Rick's passing, they will be participating in Boston's Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk. Their team, "Rick's Crew" will be walking as they continue to honor Rick's memory. It is their goal to make a difference by raising funds to help others.
