Be still this month and know that should you choose to allow versus avoid what you are feeling, peace will naturally and effortlessly move through those iron walls you have constructed and flow through to all the places where you need it most. Perhaps a gentle mantra for each day this month, in preparation for the new season, such as "I Am Peace." What would that look like if you believed that to be true? What would you choose in your moments, if indeed, you felt peaceful? From this place of contemplation is where self healing occurs. From this place of creative choice is where our relationships improve. From this place of inspiration is where we self-actualize and begin to move mountains. From seeds of thought...
