Instead of a New Year's resolution this January 1st, why not trust that what you need to do, know, say or be you've already learned through some diet, exercise, class, reading, insight or experience -and that by simply taking the time to pause and choose for your soul, versus your personality, you'll know exactly and intuitively what needs to be done to make you feel better and to bring you in alignment with your highest self.
It's all there already, the knowledge you've gained through the years-
Even if you feel it's not
It's simply lying dormant
Waiting to be activated through your choice to Remember.
Knowledge is power
Wisdom is application
Maybe this year it's simply about choosing to put it all together.

In this interactive, relaxing and creative workshop, you will be challenged to stretch and step into one word for 2014. This word will symbolize a commitment to yourself to show up as your best, therefore creating a more rewarding, peaceful and purposeful year.
Through open group discussion and guided imagery, you will choose a word, or more accurately, a word will choose you. This choice will naturally create a theme for the rest of your year. It will whisper in your ear. It will show up in your thoughts when you most need it. It will inspire you. It will remind you. It will poke you.
And if you choose, it will change your life.
After becoming aware of your word, you will then paint it onto a canvas to take home and hang in a meaningful area of your home. So wear appropriate clothing that you don't mind changing your life in (I mean getting a little messy!)
