Mayor's Business Breakfast - October 23, 2013 

The next Town of Caledon Mayor's Business Breakfast will take place on October 23, 2013 from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the Royal Ambassador Event Centre, located at 15430 Innis Lake Road in Caledon East.

This event will include a networking breakfast followed by a keynote presentation by Ms. Deanne Kelleher - the founder of kAos Group, author of the Core Four System™, speaker, educator and someone who can change the way you look at your personal and professional lives to reduce stress and increase productivity.

The 2nd Annual Start-Up Business of the Year (SUBY) Award will be presented by the Caledon Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) during the event.

On Monday, September 23, 2013 Hole-E Burger Bar held the Grand Opening of their restaurant in Bolton with the Mayor and Council members attending to cut the ribbon, a tour and get a taste of their special burgers. The event topped-off with the creation of the Mayor's own burger called the Mayor Morrison Burger.
 
Mayor Morrison, Councillors Foley, McClure, Paterak, Thompson, 
and David Tilson (MP) attended the  Hole-E Burger Bar grand opening (September 23, 2013). 
 
Hole-E Burger offers 100% Angus Beef patties that are made fresh and then pressed and skewered with holes to ensure that each burger is cooked to perfection. Their inspired menu includes meat and vegetarian options, milkshakes and floats to satisfy every palate.

Get Energized - October 24, 2013 

On Thursday, October 24th the Brampton SBEC will be holding their annual event to celebrate established small business in a variety of sectors.
  
The keynote speaker is Teresa Cascioli former CEO of Lakeport Brewing - hear how she grew a bankrupt brewery into one of Canada's premier businesses and then sold it to one of its major competitors.

The event will run from 7:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Hotel Bramalea (formerly Holiday Inn Select Brampton - 30 Peel Centre Drive).
