Three Teams Head to NCAA Championships in a Historic Fall for Babson Athletics
For the first time, the College sent three teams to fall NCAA championships. The storied men's soccer program qualified for its 26th appearance, women's volleyball made a return trip to the NCAAs after its inaugural appearance in 2014, and women's soccer made Babson Athletics history as a first-time NCAA tournament participant. Men's soccer defended its New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) tournament title and captured its seventh NEWMAC crown overall, while women's volleyball won back-to-back NEWMAC championships for the first time.

Featured Action Star: Alberto Perlman '98
Alberto Perlman This is the dance that moved the world.
At 23 years old, Alberto Perlman '98 found inspiration in the unlikeliest of places - a family dinner. It was there that he was introduced to Beto Perez, a young man with a dream of helping people exercise through dance. From there, Perlman and Beto conceived the idea to create tapes of dance exercise routines that made the concept of fitness fun. And then, quite literally, you couldn't stop the moves. Now Zumba® is a global brand helping people with more than wellness through its offerings as well as the funds its fans give to support charitable causes. It's using the power of dance to unify the world. The end benefit-humanity in sync. Watch Alberto's story »
