As I transition into my role as President Emeritus, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and for the many ways you have helped to make my time as President such an extraordinary experience. U.S. Entrepreneurship Rates Soar
U.S. entrepreneurship rates climbed to the highest level in more than a decade according to the 2012 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) U.S. Report issued  by Babson College and Baruch College. In 2012, the average Total Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Activity rate (TEA) increased to nearly 13 percent, an all-time high since GEM first began tracking entrepreneurship rates in 1999.

Startups Supported in 2013 Summer Hatcheries

As part of the John E. and Alice L. Butler Venture Accelerator Program, the hatcheries provide a vibrant atmosphere conducive to sharing ideas and information between undergraduate and graduate student teams, faculty, executives-in-residence, and visiting entrepreneurs.  
Alumni and Community Assist Rwanda's Byimana School Of Sciences
On April 23rd, a fire broke out at a Byimana School of Sciences dormitory in Rwanda, a partner to the Babson-Rwanda Entrepreneurship Center (BREC). The Babson alumni and community aided the school and the 300 students who lost all their belongings in their recovery.  

Babson Ranked #3 For Microeconomics

Babson has been ranked #3 (out of 124 schools) in Microeconomics for its Undergraduate program by Bloomberg Businessweek. Undergraduate business students from this year's graduating class were asked to grade Babson's Microeconomics program on a scale from A to F.
Babson Celebrates Pride Week
Over 60 members of the Babson College Community joined in Boston's 43rd annual Pride Parade. President Kerry Healy joined as an ally to show her support for the community.
Back to Babson: Did You Know?

This year's Back to Babson will feature stand up comedian and actor, Judah Friedlander on Friday, September 27, under the tent. Judah is best known for playing Frank on NBC's "30 Rock".
