PARCC Assessment Test There is a lot of information in the news media right now about the new PARCC assessment, "Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers." This spring, District 41 students will be taking this new assessment test in grades 3-8. PARCC's intent is to measure a student's knowledge and understanding of the Common Core State Standards, which were written for English and math. As a district, we have been working to implement the Common Core Standards for the past few years.
