Reminder - School Closing Announcements

It's that time of year! If there is a need to close school due to inclement weather, parents and staff will receive voicemail and email notifications as early as possible. If you need to make changes to your contact information (phone or email) please contact your child's school office.  The district will also post school closing information on the District 41 website, school websites, and will report to the Emergency Closing Center.

Hadley Students Take 1st Place in Science Competition

Congratulations to Hadley for taking 1st Place in the Middle School Science Competition at Fenwick High School on November 12. Twenty Hadley students participated with over 500 students from across the region. Thirty-three schools were represented.

Three Hadley students placed in the top 20:
  • 1st overall - Jack Phillipson
  • 2nd overall - Josh Rossy
  • 18th overall - Eleanor Ostroff

    Board of Education Meeting Announcement


    The next Board of Education meeting will take place on Monday, November 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the District 41 Central Services Office, 793 N. Main Street, Glen Ellyn. The Board meeting will be preceded by a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. and a finance committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. Board meetings are open to the public.  All are welcome!
