Our Vision: Ignite Passion. Inspire Excellence. Imagine Possibilities.

Dear District 41 Families,

Please join me and members of the District 41 School Board at a Technology Listening Session to continue the discussion about the role of technology in education - the benefits and the dangers. We will work together through a series of activities and questions to explore this complex issue. Three opportunities to participate will be offered. All sessions will be held at the Hadley Junior High School library, 240 Hawthorne Blvd.

Monday, July 28, 7 p.m.

Wednesday, July 30, 7 p.m.

Saturday, August 2, 8:30 a.m.

We need your participation in this discussion as District 41 moves through the process of developing a NEW Acceptable Use of Technology policy. This policy is critical and could lead to significant changes such as not allowing personal electronic devices in our schools. The outcomes of these sessions will directly influence how the District moves forward.

Please RESERVE YOUR SPOT by July 24 at http://www.d41.org/cls.htm

Thank you in advance for your attention to this important topic. I look forward to our discussions.

Paul Gordon

Superintendent
