1. Discover What Makes You Happy...and Why
You'll find nourishment for your mind and body when we relaunch a new and improved version of our online course, The Science of Happiness. It's free to audit, certificates are available for a small fee, and 6 or 16 CEs are available to health professionals. The 10-week course starts September 8.
2. Learn How to Transform Your Workplace
Join scientists, business leaders, and representatives from the world's top mindfulness training programs at our two-day conference, Mindfulness and Well-Being at Work. 3. Develop Your Own Happiness Workout
Visit our new website Greater Good in Action for the best research-tested exercises to boost happiness, resilience, kindness, and connection. It's a trove of practical wisdom--all offered for free, with some exercises requiring as little as five minutes a day!
4. Build Connection through Mindfulness
