This fall, the GGSC is offering several ways to help you find meaning and happiness at home, at work, and in your relationships. Here's our four-point plan to increase your well-being over the next few months.


1. Discover What Makes You Happy...and Why


You'll find nourishment for your mind and body when we relaunch a new and improved version of our online course, The Science of Happiness. It's free to audit, certificates are available for a small fee, and 6 or 16 CEs are available to health professionals. The 10-week course starts September 8.

 

2. Learn How to Transform Your Workplace

Join scientists, business leaders, and representatives from the world's top mindfulness training programs at our two-day conference, Mindfulness and Well-Being at Work. Our renowned speakers, including neuroscientist Richie Davidson, will explore how mindfulness programs are working, why, and how they could benefit your workplace. In Berkeley,

3. Develop Your Own Happiness Workout

Visit our new website Greater Good in Action for the best research-tested exercises to boost happiness, resilience, kindness, and connection. It's a trove of practical wisdom--all offered for free, with some exercises requiring as little as five minutes a day!


4. Build Connection through Mindfulness


Learn how mindfulness can strengthen your relationships at a full-day seminar on  October 2, Mindfulness, Connection, and Compasison, featuring inspiring teachers Shauna Shapiro, Ph.D., and Dan Siegel, M.D. Join us live in Berkeley or via webcast. CEs available!
