Our workplaces can be draining, stressful, even toxic environments that seem resistant to change. But scientific evidence suggests that mindfulness can address these workplace challenges and also foster greater wellness and productivity on the job.

Explore how and why to bring mindfulness to the workplace at our upcoming conference, Mindfulness and Well-Being at Work. Held November 13-14 in Berkeley, the two-day program will feature leaders from the worlds of business and science, highlight key mindfulness practices and programs, and offer hands-on workshops. Register now: Early bird pricing ends August 31!

If you can't wait till November, check out these five tips for launching a meditation program at work from BlackRock's Golbie Kamarei and insights from Kerri Cummings on why mindfulness boosts career success.
