How to Be Happy

Learn what research says are the keys to a happy, meaningful life by taking the GGSC's FREE online course, The Science of Happiness.
Co-taught by the GGSC's Dacher Keltner and Emiliana Simon-Thomas, each week the course will offer research-tested practices to boost your own happiness and will feature guest talks by experts like Rick Hanson and Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Registration is now open for The Science of Happiness. The eight-week online course begins on September 9, though you'll be able to proceed at your own pace.
Six or 16 continuing education credit hours are available for a modest fee. More information here.
