Ramping up our culinary hospitality

We have some new restaurants here in the Caymans. If you are a fan of Italian-American style cuisine, be sure to check out The Brooklyn, Camana Bay's newest restaurant. And the Grand Harbour area is growing, with the re-opening of The Dog House sports bar and the Brick House. There's also the upscale Catch Restaurant in Morgan's Harbor, featuring some of the Islands finest seafood. For something completely different, check out Minus5, where you can really cool off!
