The Arlington Green Patriot Awards will recognize
an individual and a business or organization that exemplifies sustainability in more than one aspect of their recent life or operations to improve civic life in Arlington, Virginia.
To nominate, complete this brief on-line application. Self-nominations are welcome.
A multi-sectoral selection committee of environmental leaders will select the nominees most embodying the spirit of the award. This year three distinct awards will be given: one for an individual, one for a business or organization, and one "People's Choice" award selected by the community from among all nominees by online survey voting in April. Details will follow.
The Green Patriot Award nominees and winners
will be recognized at The Arlington Community Earth Week Fair / Green Living Expo on Saturday, April 26, 2014.
