Happy New Year!
I hope that you are catching your breath during these 12 days of Christmas, becoming energized for the weeks and months to come. As church musicians we live in an altered world of time. We execute plans for Advent, Christmas and Epiphany while already thinking ahead to Lent and Easter. "In the Bleak Midwinter" and "Away in a Manger" co-exist with "Crucify Him!" and "He Is Risen!" We are blessed in our roles as leaders of the church's song - blessed to sing the entire story of our faith, blessed to encourage our assemblies to experience more vividly the changing seasons of the church year.
Thank you for all that you do throughout the year to bring the church's song to life.
