As one of our valued supporters, we wanted you to be the first to know that Rainbow Days is taking its successful training division and forming The Trans4m Center. Trans4m will work alongside organizations in the human service, education, and criminal justice sectors to bring the latest training and research to their staff. This will allow Rainbow Days to multiply its impact in communities across the country.

And, we are already receiving national attention! Trans4m was recently included in the Social Impact 100, which is the first-even index of America's 100 top-performing nonprofits. The index helps nonprofits like us find the capital we need to reach more people and empowers donors to find organizations that can make the biggest difference.

The Auxiliary of Rainbow Days is off and running and already making a positive difference in the lives of children!  With 30 Founding members to-date who have enthusiasm and dedication to our mission, the Auxiliary has had two more successful events since the launch last month.  In November, over 25 ladies attended a special holiday luncheon at the home Mary Jo McKellar, to learn more about Rainbow Days and how they can contribute their time, talent and resources to further Rainbow Days mission.  Special thanks to Mary Jo for hosting and underwriting this festive event.  In December, members of the Auxiliary participated in their first volunteer event as a group at Rainbow Days' annual Saturday with Santa event.  Several members got into the holiday spirit as they volunteered to stuff over 500 popcorn bags for the children and families from local shelters who were attending the event.
