Ten Low-Cost Benefits to Build Employee Satisfaction [Video Blog]
A team of satisfied employees is a worthy goal for every business, no matter your size. A satisfied workforce may be more motivated, productive and loyal... all of which are essential to your success. Of course, paying your employees well is one obvious way to build satisfaction and loyalty, but when raises and bonuses aren't in the immediate budget, there are plenty of options that won't damage your bottom line.

Naturally, the role of financial compensation looms large in the minds of employees. And while money is important, it is by no means the entire story. All businesses, particularly those of medium and small sizes, may struggle with the issue of raises and bonuses. However, there are a handful of low- to no-cost benefits that can go a long way toward building employee satisfaction. Let's take a look at several, starting with recognition and professional development.

Kids Skate Free
If you haven't signed up for Kids Skate Free yet, maybe you're wondering how this program works or maybe you have it and you're not really sure how to use it - give us a call and we'll give you some ideas on how to make the post of the program! 317-347-2626 Ext. 104.

Just how fast is this program growing? So fast that you've added nearly 20,000 kids in one week.

ONE WEEK! 20,000 KIDS! Wrap your mind around that for a moment. Parents WANT to take their kids roller skating and they want to be able to find your rink among the list of rinks found here that parents can choose from. For $299 for the first year and only $150 each additional year, it's a small price to invest in a program that will give you consistent access to customers and provides them with an incentive to remain signed up and coming to your rink all year long.

But don't take our word for it...here's what a few Kids Skate Free rinks are saying about it!
  • "Skate N Fun Zone is the first skating center to reach 20,000 kids signed up in the Kids Skate Free program!" Victoria T.
  • "Last year with no kids skate free email list we pulled a whopping 5 kids in our first ever summer camp. This year with only a couple months of KSF emails under our belts we averaged 21 per day over 3 days." David J.
  • "Hey all, so I just wanted to say that our first week accepting our Kids Skate Free coupons was a HUGE success. If the rest of the summer is as good as this week was I will start an adult skate free program too!! Thanks RSA!" Shauna G.
  • "Our city has ran with it [the Kids Skate Free Program]!! It will absolutely amaze you!! Our summer is already up and it's barely June." Aubrey O.
  • "I launched mine 2 weeks ago and have over 400 kids signed up and passes already coming in." Jennifer R
  • "You won't regret it!! More excitement, More exposure, more kids, and more birthday parties!! I am in a small town too with a very small rink, but we've been a part of the program since the beginning and haven't regretted it once!!" Chanel B.
  • "Those using a ksf pass average $6-$10 in revenue for us. Signed up a few weeks ago." Amanda C
