Launch of Lightwright® 6

Lightwright 6, the newest version of software for managing entertainment lighting paperwork, will be released in April 2016. Lightwright 6 was launched at USITT 2016 in Salt Lake City. This new version of lighting designer John McKernon's iconic industry standard program has long awaited features that all designers and electricians will want to use.

USITT 2016 Report

We attended the USITT show expo in Salt Lake City, Utah earlier this month. Our show report will give you a good idea of what that show is all about. Mainly centered on the next generation of entertainment technology professionals, this really is one of our favorite shows. It's low key with plenty of time to talk with young visitors, and to meet the folks who will be influencing design and entertainment technology in the future.

Case Study: Luminaria Palo Alto

It's great to see our products used in interesting and artistic ways. In the case study, our SHoW DMX Vero outdoor wireless DMX transceiver was used to bring to life the lighting sculpture at The Palo Alto College in San Antonio, Texas. Designer Cakky Brawley, the mind behind the sculpture, gives us a in-depth look into bringing the torch alive.
