As an AARP member, I read an article in the JAN-FEB 2016 edition of Real Possibilities Magazine, about the first baby boomers are now turning 70! Bill Newcott talks in length in his article titled, "The Boomers Turn 70: How this generation has influenced us all ... and how it will change the world again"About 3.4 million babies arrived in that first year of what became known as the baby boom generation. How Many Boomers Buy in the Neighborhood They Initially Asked About? 
Do you ever wonder how many people buy in the Neighborhood they initially ask us about? Believe it or not, only 40% of people buy in the Neighborhood they originally inquired about! Once you start your search you find out you really don't know the areas or the neighborhoods at all. This is when we get a call, "We've searched all over the Internet and we've driven all over Delaware on more than one trip and we are thoroughly confused at this point. Can you help us?" Many Boomers ask themselves, "Should I buy now or wait til next year?" We posted on our blog the financial difference a year would make if you wait to buy a home until 2017. Of course, the graph targets 30 year-old buyers, so let's also say this could be great information for your kids, too.

When we made a trip to the Jersey Shore, it was a trip and we didn't just go for a day.
