"Boomers beginning the transition to retirement," seems to be the hot topic in all the news media lately. Of course, we at Active Adults Realty have been focused on this market for years, so it did not come as a surprise to us.
   It did get me thinking about all of our Boomer Buyers and what their choices are today in Coastal Delaware. The writer was specifically talking about the huge number of boomers who are getting rid of their large family homes and beginning the transition into more manageable homes in communities filled with amenities and people of like minds. This kind of community is perhaps best represented best here in Southern Delaware at Heritage Shores. 
   There is an excellent selection right now at Heritage Shores of both existing homes and to-be-built homes by two different builders and things are booming. Buyers, what could you do with an extra $35K?
