It's almost time to celebrate our years of labor like a LOCAL. We're ready - are you? Every week I get another inquiry about moving to Delaware from people that now live in or around the area in which I grew up. Isn't life funny? I lived in so many places around the country that it only takes a few minutes to find something in common with most of my clients. Let me share with you all, why being at home in your new home town is a great feeling!

GOT QUESTIONS? We Have Answers.
"Why isn't our house selling?"
Answer: We know that members of Generation "R" (a.k.a. retirees) feel, "I've worked hard all my life so I can retire, and I want exactly what I want in my new home." How can we blame them, when some of us have been there and done that?
So, why isn't your house selling? That depends on so many factors like
  • Is the home in a community where the builder is still building new homes?
  • How many homes are for sale in your community or in the same vicinity?
  • How does your home compare to comparable homes for sale in the same price range?

If your home is not selling, the market is telling you something. Today's Boomers know what they want and are not very interested in compromise. Learn what you need to do as a Seller.

TRENDING: Ask the Broker
