8th Annual Pink Horse Shoe Gala




People with cancer are finding an escape from the rigors of treatment through a horse-riding program in Chester County, PA.

Horse Power for Life's goal is to help families living with cancer focus on their minds, bodies, and souls, rather than the disease while learning about horses in an atmosphere of professionalism, teamwork and fun.
   Horse Power for Life will host its 8th Annual Pink Horse Shoe Gala on Saturday, April 18th at the Radisson in King of Prussia, PA.

   Our Agent, Debbie Shearer has been a supporter of this organization's goals and mission, and has donated a hand-made dog bed for the last four years for the Gala's Silent Auction. 

  Gala Attendees will be treated to hors d'oeuvres, dinner food stations, four hours of premium open bar, music, dancing, a silent auction and raffle baskets. The Horse Power for Life Website

My email box was full of economists forecasts for the 2015 housing market. 

   Most predict that sales and price appreciation will pick up steam this year. Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody Analytics predicts that, "New and existing home sales are expected to increase by as much as 20% in 2015."

Milton CHEER Center Opens

According to Ken Bock, MPA, CHEER Deputy Director, "It's no secret that Sussex County is the place to be for baby boomers. Generations of retirees and lifelong residents have been swelling Sussex County's population for decades."

   That was CHEER's challenge in the Milton area until the new 6,600 square foot facility, located on Route 16, east of Milton.
