Mortgage Insights
"My Mortgage, why is there so much paperwork?"
Mortgage Planning Specialist, Gail Alm offers this information courtesy of Keeping Current Matters.

We are often asked, "Why there is so much paperwork mandated by the bank for a mortgage loan application when buying a home today?"

There are two very good reasons that the loan process is much more onerous on today's buyer than perhaps any time in history.... the Government and the Banks.

Bottom Line: There is good news. Read on. Let's be thankful that we are able to buy a home at today's historically low rates. Click to view the history Mortgage Rates!

Boomer Services
Look for the Sussex Senior Transportation Cooperative to arrive in 2015

At a recent meeting of the Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary, Dr. Nancy Feichtl, founder of the Sussex Senior Transportation Cooperative unveiled the transportation solution for Delaware's growing Boomer population.

The Sussex Senior Transportation Corporative will support sustainable, community-based transportation services for seniors throughout the county by building a senior transportation network.

Across America, communities large and small are struggling to meet the transportation needs of seniors, and Sussex County's challenge may be bigger than most, because of its large senior population.

After a 2015 launch, the network will be financially self-sustaining via membership and ridership fees. Read more in the Cape Gazette.
