One sign the real estate market is on the rise in Coastal Delaware - I am having a hard time keeping up with my email newsletters. It has always been one of my favorite things to do, writing about living here and sharing some of the reasons why. So many of the best articles are a direct result of questions our clients ask.

October 5th is a big day in Lewes
Have you noticed that everything happens on certain days? Ever since I moved to Lewes, Delaware, I have felt at home. Maybe that's because the first weekend of October is busy and none of it has to do with my Birthday.

All Weekend long, the Lewes Merchants' Fall Sidewalk Sale in town on 2nd Street is a great place to shop for my Birthday Gift (hint to Bill).
The Historic Lewes Farmers Market moves to the Shields parking lot just down the street from our office for the Fall.
From 9 - 4 on October 5th, the Lewes Historical Society's Fall Craft Show is in town.

I'm afraid a few of these things have already happened, but

  1. Lewes Artists' Studio Tour on September 21st, 2013 from 10 - 4. Maps available at the Visitors Center.
