Greetings!
Summertime, and the living is easy in Coastal Delaware. You don't have to go far to find lots of fun things to do. This morning I started with a brisk walk in Cape Henlopen State Park with my friend Sophie. Tonight there is Zumba at Canalfront Park in Lewes. June offers up a Calendar of events that include Summer Concerts in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Milton, Bethany Beach and at other parks throughout Sussex County. Top names come to venues like the Freeman Stage, which we are highlighting in this Issue. Later this month is the Mid-Atlantic Sea Glass Festival at the Lewes Historical Society complex, always a favorite show.

Picnic in the Park

The Second Annual "Picnic in the Park" takes place on Saturday, June 2, 2013, in Lewes Canalfront Park.
Again this year, Active Adults Realty is sponsoring The Buttery tent.

Freeman Stage Calendar

The Freeman Stage in Bayside has become a little bit of Wolf Trap or the Merriweather Post Pavilion, two performing arts locations I used to patronize when I lived in the DC Metropolitan Area. A few of the big names like Sheryl Crow are already sold out, but there is a wide range of entertainment scheduled at the Freeman Stage throughout the summer season.

I'm retired, can I get a Mortgage? We do get this question often from our Buyer Clients. We decided to ask Gail Alm at -
