Waterfront Communities!

It can be a challenge searching for waterfront properties on the Internet. First the home for sale has to be listed for sale in the local MLS and the listing agent can be limited by the categories and fields available. For example, if you are searching for a lake front property, the category is called Lake/Pond and you will find everything from an estate on a real lake to a new home on a man-made stormwater retention pond.

LAST CHANCE - Select Builders at Bayfront at Rehoboth

Yesterday we joined clients on the walk-through of their new home at Bayfront at Rehoboth. Built by Select Builders, a top quality local builder, the Easton II is a beautiful home. Settlement is next week and they will be moving into their new home in time to celebrate Christmas with a view of Rehoboth Bay.
As we said in our last Update, Schell Brothers will be taking over in 2013 and prices are going up. According to a resident of Heritage Shores, Wawa is planning to add a location with Gas Pumps at the intersection of Rt. 13 and 404, just north of Heritage Shores.
