Bayfront at Rehoboth - NOW!
The Mulberry
The Mulberry Model

Schell Brothers is NOW the principle Builder at this popular community on Rehoboth Bay. This is not an age restricted community but it does offer the maintenance free lifestyle you want with trash pickup, grass cutting, snow removal and access to ALL community amenities.  That includes the private beach, Gazebo on the Bay, Kayak storage, Clubhouse and an outdoor pool overlooking the wetlands and Rehoboth Bay.

For a limited time there is an incentive and off lot premiums!  I can tell you from experience - if you want a choice lot and a great value, let me know right away. I will make sure we get an appointment scheduled.

Seriously, Email Kathy now!

Sales UP, Incentives DOWN!

Compared to the past few years, incentives are down and sales are up. In particular, you may want to contact me for the latest if you have interest in the following communities:

  • Independence - Limited number of home sites in the current phase may qualify for incentive
  • Breakwater - The final section of single family homes is now selling and the next section of twin homes has been released.
  • Senators - Phase 2 now has reservations for 22 of the 25 home sites. All but one of the original Phase 1 SOLD!
  • Reserves at Lewes Landing - Only 5 sites remain.
  • Retreat at Love Creek - Only 5 sites remain.
  • Heritage Creek - Phase II selling now. Choose from single family home sites or carriage home sites.

If there is any possibility you could go to contract between now and the end of the year, let's talk. If you wait until 2013, prices are going up and incentives are going down. That's the good news and the not-so-good news of housing's return in Coastal Delaware.

The Mariner

"If this home had been for sale when we were looking, we definitely would have bought this home instead."

What's better than two great listings side by side, on the golf course, in one of the most popular 55+ communities in Coastal Delaware?

They both SOLD within days of each other. In fact, we listed them both in May and they both went to contract within days of each other.

Sometimes the best value is a resale home even when new construction is still available. We always help our clients compare all of their options before making a decision.

Sandy caused so much damage for so many of our clients and friends. Here are just a few stories:

Kathy, appreciate your thoughts.  The hurricane spared our home and family, only minor damage to our boat, which was at a marina.  Loss of power for a couple of days, really, in the big scheme of things, nothing.  Our state, specifically the Ocean County Shore was devastated.  Truly nothing like I have ever seen.  I am sure you have seen the photos.

Emilio

Thank you for thinking of us.  We are fine; we lost 1 roof shingle that blew off, but we were without power for 1 week.  We are OK, however the people that lived on the barrier islands, their homes were gone and the boats landed in some houses, trees down and wires down all over.  Roads are still closed and many, many people here are without power and services. There is no more boardwalk in Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant.  It will take years to rebuild.  Could you imagine that the rides and the cyclone fell right into the sea?  Boats on land were picked up by the surge of water and taken out to sea.  Others were just thrown about.

David and Jo Ann

We had 9 days with no power, then it came on for 10 hours and went off again for another 12!! We seem to be OK now, thank goodness.  It was only when we got power back that we saw the extent of the devastation on the Jersey Shore & in some parts of Long Island. OMG I feel so badly for those people - it puts our power outage into perspective.  They have lost everything & can't even begin to try and get on their feet with no electricity.

Sue and Peter

We lost power and some trees but not bad on the North Shore (of Long Island) compared to the rest of the area. Marianne and Andy

Just got power third evening.

Pat and Tim

Sometimes it's what they didn't say that is the most painful. Some of our friends lost everything - their homes, their business and more. We are so fortunate.
