Family Camp was Lots of Fun!

"This year's Emmaus Family Camp was a great success. We are so very pleased with how many families made it out to Stumpy Meadows and enjoyed participating in the various community building activities. The hike to University Falls, crafts around the campfire, swimming at the lake, Minute 2 Win-It Team Challenge, Dessert Contest and the Sunday morning gathering were all activities that allowed for growth in our relationships with each other. Thank you so very much for joining us, we are already looking forward to the next Annual Emmaus Family Camp. See you there!"

Formula for Hirut's Kids

Thank you everyone who gave to support purchasing formula for the babies at a ministry that we partner with named Hirut's Kids Orphanage in Ethiopia.  In many cases, this formula really does equal life for a new born baby.  We can't stress enough how important it is.  If you would still like to give towards purchasing formula or vitamins for the children at Hirut's kids, you can pop over to EmmausStation.org and click on "Give Online" in the upper right hand corner of your screen.  Then, just simply designate "Formula" for your donation.  Thank you again for your generosity.

Summer Lunch Club

lunch

Each Sunday this summer you will have an opportunity to join an individual, couple or family from the Emmaus Community for lunch!  Just fill out an orange card from the Welcome Table or the baskets passed at the beginning of the gathering with your name, drop it in the offering basket, and you will be randomly paired with another individual, couple or family to share lunch together after the gathering.  You can choose which Sunday(s) you join in and the Club will continue throughout the summer months.  Since "community" is a core value at Emmaus, this is a fun way to get to know other people at Emmaus that you may not have had a chance to meet!  Who doesn't love to eat out?  After the gathering, check the Summer Lunch Club board to see who you are paired with and then pick a spot to go enjoy lunch together, it's that easy!

THE STATION
The Station is Emmaus Community's online resource area for events, ministry information and contacts.  This tool will help you to get connected to our community's resources through communication tools, information, and opportunities to get connected in smaller groups. The Station will  help you find a place to use your gifts within the community.  Log in at emmausstation.org
Stop by the Welcome table for more information.
