Dear Murwood Families,
Thank you so much for your time and attention at Back to School Night. Our teachers worked hard to prepare a clear overview of your child's educational plan for the year. Thanks to Colin Wells for his leadership as PTA President. Please join PTA and support WCEF. Our programs depend on you.
Many thanks to Linda Peterson who has volunteered to chair our Walking Club! Without volunteers, we will lose the most popular program we have here at MW, so call the office and sign up now...once a week for an hour!!! It promotes health for all our students and staff!

Volunteers needed for School Picture day on Wednesday, September 9th. We will need 3 volunteers from 8:00-10:30am and 3 volunteers from 10:30-1:00pm! If you volunteer, you will get a special picture package of your child for free! Please call the office at 943-2462!

It was great to have seen you at Back to School night. I am looking forward to seeing all of you at the Walk-A-Thon / Welcome back picnic on September 18th. We will have our first PTA meeting September 15th at 7pm.

Welcome Back Mustangs! Mark your calendar for our first fundraiser of the year, the Murwood Welcome Back Walk-a-thon. This wonderful event is happening on
September 18, during school, and all students will participate. There is also an opportunity to return after school at 4 PM and walk with your family and friends.
To support Murwood PTA programs we hope that you will solicit donations for your walking efforts and return your pledge forms to your child's teacher by September 17th. We will also need volunteers to help the day of the event so please keep an eye out for more information to come your way!!!
