Dear Parents,
Thank you, PTA, for a lovely week of honoring Murwood teachers. We are so grateful to you for all you do to acknowledge the work we share in the best interest of our students. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
ROPES students, don't forget this Thursday night at 7:00 PM is the awards ceremony at WCI in the gym. We'll be there to cheer you on!
Save the date for Open House on May 26. Mr. Jones will host a a musical performance on the lawn in front of school at 6:00. Classroom doors open at 6:30 until 8:00 pm.

If you are interested in submitting a Parent Input Form in consideration of class placement for the 2015-2016 school year, you may pick up a form in the office or print one directly from here.
This form is intended to be used to describe the environment in which your child learns best. Please keep in mind that it is NOT a forum to request your preferred teacher, and cannot be considered if the guidelines are not honored . The last day to return these forms to the school office is Friday, 15th May 2015. Please do not ask us to accept late forms after May 15th.

Dear Murwood Families,
I hope everyone had been enjoying Teacher and Staff Appreciation this week. Our staff is the best, and they work really hard to provide our children with a great education, to build community, and Murwood PTA is tremendously supported by each and every one of them.
I'd like to remind you to attend the May 19th PTA meeting. We will be presenting the final slate for next year's Executive Board, voting on adopting Collaborative Fundraising, and using some budget categories.

HONOR SOMEONE SPECIAL! MURWOOD HONORARY SERVICE AWARD NOMINATIONS
Please take a moment to say thank you to someone special who serves the children at our school. Murwood PTA is accepting nominations for our Volunteer Service Awards. Anyone who has contributed to the welfare of our children is eligible, whether within or outside the realm of PTA. Nominations must be received by May 15, 2015.
TRACK AND FIELD DAY SAVE THE DATE!!!
Track and Field Day is Monday, June 8th.
It's a full day of fun and fitness for the entire school.
70 volunteers are needed to make this day terrific for our students.
